Our thoughs on education

The current model of corporate training is ineffective. The theoretical discourse of a teacher towards his student does not guarantee the proper transmission of knowledge, which threatens the ROI (return on investment) in training. Aware of this fact, we have replicated the way in which a craftsman transmits his knowledge to his apprentices: by observing, understanding, replicating, improving... and therefore, learning. In our learning center we focus on identifying and applying the minimum set of skills and tools to solve real problems.
